Wedding Party Details
Thank you for agreeing to be a part of our special day as a member of our wedding party. As a bridesmaid/groomsman, you will play an important role in making our wedding a memorable and joyous occasion. Some of the responsibilities you may be asked to assist with include participating in pre-wedding events such as the bridal shower and bachelor/bachelorette party, standing by our side during the ceremony, and joining us on the dance floor during the reception. We are honored to have you by our side and can't wait to celebrate with you.
- Purchase Wedding Day Attire
Ladies: Merlot/burgundy dress of any style. Get something you feel confident and comfortable in. We'll have a long day ahead of us and plenty of partying to do. Be sure to have appropriate shoes, brown, cream, or gold preferably. Your bouquet will be available the day of the ceremony.
Men: Navy Suit jacket and pants with white shirt. Be sure to get appropriate shoes, preferably black.
- Coordinate Pre-Wedding Party
- Help setup day before wedding
This will include the arch, table centerpieces, aisle decor, flowers, etc.
- Attend informal rehearsal day before wedding
The rehearsal is going to be very informal. Just need everyone to know what they will be doing on the big day.

Be sure to have appropriate shoes, brown preferably. Your bouquet will be available the day of the ceremony. After the ceremony, your bouquet will then be a centerpiece for the tables.
As part of the wedding party, we would like to entrust you with the planning and coordination of any pre-wedding parties. We would rather the details to be a surprise so please keep it a secret. These parties are a fun pre-wedding tradition, and we would love for you to take the lead in organizing a fun and memorable celebration. We recommend that these parties take place about 2-4 weeks before the wedding (earlier is fine, but later is not) to ensure that everyone has enough time to prepare for the big day. We understand that planning a party can be a lot of work, so we are more than happy to provide any assistance or support that you may need. We look forward to seeing your ideas and plans and we are sure that they will be a great success!
Be sure to RSVP and submit any guests name as well as your favorite songs that you would love to hear at the reception by April 15th, 2025.
So relax and enjoy the celebration without the need to worry about traveling. We understand that this is a special and busy time for everyone, so we want to make it as convenient as possible for you. By staying with us the whole weekend, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in the celebration, make lasting memories with the rest of the wedding party, and be well-rested for the big day. Bring your wedding attire as well as loungewear and 'work wear' for setup.

We will have an informal dinner together, with lots of laughter and smiles, as we prepare for the big day. However, please keep in mind that most of the decorations will have to be staged and will be completed the following morning. Your help and support will be greatly appreciated, and we look forward to sharing this special time with you.
Things that will need to be set up:
Tables
Pews
Arch
Aisle Decor
Table Centerpieces

During this time, we will go through the events of the next day and make sure that everyone is aware of what is happening and when. We'll review the ceremony details and your roles and responsibilities, and any other important information that will ensure that the wedding runs smoothly. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, ask questions and go through the walk and placement, and relax before the big day. Please refer to the "Photographer Shot List" for the photo must-haves that we would like to capture on our special day. We'll have a reservation ready at Mo's in Redmond for anyone who would like to join us for a post-wedding brunch.
This is our favorite breakfast & brunch spot and its location is very convenient for all of us:
- Most family lives in Redmond
- For those of you who flew in, this is the same city where you arrived and will be where you will fly out.
- For those of you driving in, this is in the same direction you'll be headed when you leave.
Therefore, it's the perfect meet up spot for the day after!
Redmond, Oregon is about 1 hour north of La Pine, Oregon. Therefore, leave the hotel in La Pine at 9am to meet.
If staying at the secured discounted accommodations, check out time is at 11 AM unless otherwise specified or personally changed when you checked in.
If you aren't having breakfast with us, please be sure to check out at this time.
For those of you who are flying, please see the map below for directions to the Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM).
